Jim was hired in 2019 as a Senior Project Manager and later promoted to Operations Manager in 2022. In Jim’s new role, he will oversee the growth and operations of Indiana Civil out of the Michigan City, IN office. The office and its dedicated staff have been incredibly successful in managing and executing contracts for the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT), Cleveland Cliffs and many other clients in cities, towns and counties across Indiana. Jim’s roots in the state paired with his nearly two decades of infrastructure experience is critical our growth and strategy for the region.

Jim attributes his success to all the incredible efforts of the team in Michigan City and the support from his wife Alyssa, and their three children, Michael, Macy and Jacob.
