Marcus was hired in 2008, promoted to Senior QC Manager in 2014, then promoted to Division QC Manager in 2019 and most recently promoted to Operations Manager in 2020.

The four pillars of success for any construction project are: Safety, Quality, Cost and Schedule. Marcus will be intimately involved in ensuring that both our Safety and Quality Programs remain industry leading. In the ever-adapting and evolving construction industry, it is critical to remain proactive and invest in our Safety & Quality Programs.

Given the vast complexities of our business and the many markets we work in, it’s critical that our Safety & Quality Programs remain steadfast in procedures and compliance, but flexible and adaptable to fit the unique needs of our varying projects. Marcus has displayed an intentional leadership style led by listening and true collaboration. His background, CMQ/OE certification and work experiences will be instrumental in the continued success and process improvements of our Safety & Quality Programs.

Marcus has served on the Quality Committee since its inception and has been an integral member of the Safety Committee for over five years. His dedication to those committees and time spent in training and developing our organization are critical components to his rise and growth to elevated leadership at F.H. Paschen.
