Charles Lawler began his journey with us as a Project Manager and, through his dedication and expertise, has ascended to the role of Vice President. As a licensed Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Engineer (PE), Charles brings a wealth of knowledge and a keen eye for detail to our organization.

Charles is active in mentoring our younger project engineers, which fosters a culture of growth and development within the company. His extensive experience in heavy civil construction projects and his commitment to excellence and safety have made him a cornerstone of our operations.

Charles played a critical role on our Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District (NICTD) project, where he oversaw the civil, track, and utility relocation coordination. His positive and forward-thinking attitude along with his solution-based approach, ability to organize project stakeholders, advance early design stages, and mitigate risk, makes him indispensable to our organization.

Outside of work, Charles enjoys hunting, playing hockey and taking his sons Charlie and Georgie for rides in dad’s truck.
