Anthony has spent over 20 years working in community outreach. Prior to F.H. Paschen, he worked for federal, state, and local politicians on both government and election campaigns as Manager of Governmental Affairs and Outreach Coordinator during their terms in office. Anthony focuses his efforts on the Chicagoland communities as well as in our regional offices. He is passionate about bringing opportunities and information to local residents, ensuring that they are involved and have a voice in decisions that directly affect their communities. Anthony has been instrumental in managing community outreach for F.H. Paschen’s current CDOT work in Jackson Park, including the new CTA Damen Green Line Station. He has organized workforce/contractor outreach events to ensure that the community is aware of project opportunities. Anthony is also a member of the national organization, Conference of Minority Transit Officials (COMTO).

Anthony is married to Khadija and has two children, Cayman, and Sire. Anthony loves to play all sports and is a very passionate youth basketball coach in his free time.
